Keystone’s International Licensing Program connects independent technology providers with an extensive network of licensees, resellers and strategic joint marketing partners in Europe, Asia & the Americas.
In addition to its formal sourcing and territory representation, Keystone leverages existing relationships with the export services of the US and foreign governments, large internationally known technology companies, government contractors, government relations firms, international law firms, R&D firms and business associations to drive project deal flow for affiliated companies.
All license agreements provide marketing partners with renewable 3-year territory exclusivity for both government and commercial transactions in the security, logistics and infrastructure market sectors. Licensees work on a revenue-share formula and are subject to performance criteria and royalty minimums specific to each technology offering.
